A detailed flow process chart for each operation of manufacturing process helps us to maintain close tolerances during production. We conduct 100% checking of raw material and our in-process inspection includes checking for dimensional and metallurgical tests on critical factors.

For checking geometrical parameters such as concentricity, parallelism and circular runout, we have installed Formscam 3000 of Federal Products Co., USA. Another sophisticated machine Diviate DT 100 of Asmeto AG of Switzerland checks surface finish of ground raceways, bore and outer diameter. Tolerances on our bearings conform to ISO, Din and AFBMA standards.
